Common things first
- Lost couple code. If at least one device is still signed in, your partner can read it back to you. If both devices have lost the code, the encrypted content cannot be recovered — that's the cost of end-to-end encryption. We can help you start fresh.
- Photos won't load. Usually means the device hasn't finished caching the encryption key. Tap "Unlock" if prompted, or sign out and back in to re-derive.
- Push notifications stopped. Open Settings → tap "Send a test to me." If nothing arrives, your OS-level push permission likely got revoked; re-grant it from device Settings.
- Want to delete everything. Settings → "Leave the couple." Requires typing your couple code. Permanent.
